Since 2009, on the initiative of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Black Sea Fleet "Korgau - Astana" established the Center for temporary accommodation of victims of trafficking "Komek." The main priority of the Center is to provide temporary accommodation and the provision of human rights, medical, psychological and other adjacent to them, services for victims, persons falling under the definition of "trafficking victims."
